Your traffic monitor comes with technical support and two-year limited warranty provided by LX navigation (Slovenia). As the UK LX navigation agent, we can liaise with them on your behalf.
Returns are accepted within 14 days after you have received your device, with proof of purchase. To return an item, contact us at sales@lxnavigation.co.uk; return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method after inspection within 5 working days.
