Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund
 but we are happy to discuss options for a resolution.

If you wish to exchange any product for another, you must perform a return and then purchase the correct item as a separate transaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all included accessories present, also unused and unopened.

Non-returnable items are Gift cards and Downloadable software products/licences.

To complete your return, we require an email sent to sales@lxnavigation.co.uk along with your order number, name, product(s) requiring return and reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or back to LX navigation UK before the return is confirmed and accepted with a return reference.

Alternatively, you can initiate a return request for items directly from the order view page within the My Account section. There is an action button labelled “Return / Refund” both in the order list and after displaying order details on the order view page, allowing you to easily submit a return request for specific items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

Sale / Discount Voucher items

Items purchased “on sale” or with discount vouchers can be returned. Any refunds issued with be at the original purchase price paid.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless faulty).
Original Delivery costs from your order (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
