Shipping Information
All orders over £500 will qualify for free delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with Signature).
Orders below £500 will be subject to a fixed £6.95 charge (including VAT) using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping charges will show on the checkout page (free delivery also shows on the checkout page if you qualify).
Picking up orders not possible at this time, but dropping off an existing LX navigation IGC device for an IGC Reseal service
is available but only after an appointment has been made by first emailing sales@lxnavgation.co.uk
We aim to despatch the same working day for orders placed before 2pm or next working day after 2pm, subject to availability.

Out of stock / available on backorder
As we are UK approved resellers for LX navigation and PilotAware, we get priority stock fulfilment, so delivery times are generally very quick.
When the product status shows as “Available on back-order”, the product is usually ready to ship out from the manufacturer within 2-5 working days after ordering.
These items will be directly shipped from the manufacturer to your original delivery address and there is no extra charge for this.
This may mean that your order will have multiple deliveries, but there is no charge for this and we will notify you via email.
Sometimes there is a longer lead time advised by the manufacturer and we will endeavour to add this to the product details if known for full transparency.
