Shipping Information
All orders over £500 will qualify for free delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with Signature).
Orders below £500 will be subject to a fixed £6.95 charge (including VAT) using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping charges will show on the checkout page (free delivery also shows on the checkout page if you qualify).
Picking up orders is not possible at this time, but dropping off an existing LX navigation IGC device for an IGC Reseal service
is available but only after an appointment has been made by first emailing sales@lxnavgation.co.uk
We aim to despatch the same working day for orders placed before 2pm or next working day after 2pm, subject to availability.
You can also track your order or log into your account for order tracking.
Out of stock / available on backorder
We try and hold as much stock as possible, but sometimes we either get sold out quicker than expected, or reduce our holding of slower moving items to reduce risk.
As we are UK approved resellers for LX navigation, Air Avionics, TQ (Dittel) and PilotAware, we get priority stock fulfilment, so delivery times are generally very quick.
When the product does not state “In Stock”, then the product is usually on backorder and ready to ship out from the manufacturer within 2-5 working days after ordering.
These items will then be shipped from our UK address to your original delivery address and there is no extra charge for this.
We aim to ship all items together, but may have multiple deliveries, but there is no charge for this and we will notify you via email.
Please allow up to 10 working days for backorders, customs clearance, quality control inspection and onward shipping to your specific delivery address.
Sometimes there is a longer lead time advised by the manufacturer and we will endeavour to add this to the product details, if known, for full transparency.
